A Review of Research on Spatial Patterns for Revitalizing and Utilizing Idle Land in Urban and Rural Areas

Ruiyang Zhao1 *

Abstract

Urban and rural idle land is an important reserve land resource in urban and rural spatial systems, andthe scientific revitalization and spatial optimized utilization of idle land is a core link to improve the intensiveutilization level of regional land resources and optimize urban and rural spatial layout .Rational spatial patternconstruction of idle land revitalization effectively promotes the coordinated allocation of urban and rural landelements and improves the comprehensive carrying capacity of regional spatial systems .The multi-scenarioadaptive spatial matching system of urban and rural idle land revitalization needs further improvement .Thispaper systematically sorts out the basic connotation, classification characteristics and spatial distributionattributes of urban and rural idle land, summarizes domestic and foreign research progress on spatial evolutioncharacteristics, driving mechanisms and typical revitalization spatial patterns, analyzes the technical system andapplication characteristics of spatial pattern optimization, and explores standardized optimization paths forspatial revitalization of idle land .This paper aims to clarify the internal spatial operation laws of urban and ruralidle land revitalization, sort out mature spatial utilization modes, and provide systematic theoretical and technicalreferences for refined and high-efficiency utilization of urban and rural idle land resources.
