Biography: Director and Party Committee Secretary (at bureau level) of the Solid Waste and Chemicals Management Technical Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and former Secretary-General of the China Environmental Journalists Association. Long engaged in ecological and environmental protection publicity, management and governance, he took the lead in launching a number of environmental campaigns and created the public welfare column Enlightenment of Environmental Protection after becoming the Secretary-General of the China Environmental Journalists Association in 2005, making important contributions to China's ecological and environmental protection cause.
